Iyawe Congratulates Jarrett Tenebe, Newly Elected Edo APC Executives After Peaceful State Congress
Member representing Oredo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Engr. Esosa Iyawe, FNSE, has congratulated the newly elected Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, and other members of the newly constituted state executive following the successful conduct of the party’s state congress.
In a felicitation message made available to journalists, Iyawe described Tenebe’s emergence as a clear reflection of the confidence reposed in him by party members, expressing optimism that the new leadership would strengthen unity and advance the progress of the APC across Edo State.
Speaking on behalf of the people of Oredo Federal Constituency, the federal lawmaker extended warm congratulations to the chairman and other executives, noting that their election represents a significant step in consolidating the party’s structure and preparing it for greater responsibilities ahead.
Iyawe also commended delegates who participated in the congress, praising their orderly conduct and commitment to democratic principles throughout the process.
According to him, the peaceful and organized nature of the congress demonstrated the political maturity of party members and their shared determination to build a stronger and more cohesive APC in Edo State.
The lawmaker further appreciated the role of the party’s National Executive Committee for providing guidance and oversight that ensured the credibility and transparency of the exercise.
He also acknowledged the leadership of Governor Monday Okpebholo, whom he described as the number one leader of the APC in Edo State, for creating the enabling atmosphere that ensured a peaceful and hitch-free congress across the state.
Iyawe expressed confidence that under Tenebe’s leadership, the Edo APC would witness greater unity, stability, and strategic progress in the coming years.
He urged the new executives to work collaboratively with party stakeholders to consolidate the party’s achievements and continue strengthening its structures at all levels.
