A fresh wave of comedy and relatable storytelling has arrived on Nigerian screens with the premiere of Compound 27, a family-oriented series that combines humor with meaningful life lessons. The show debuted on March 27, 2026, and is currently streaming on the Bisuch TV YouTube channel, with selected early episodes also available on Amazon Prime.

Set in a typical Lagos compound, Compound 27 captures the everyday experiences of Nigerians living in close-knit communities. From neighborly disputes and friendships to shared struggles and small victories, the series portrays communal life in a way that is both entertaining and thought-provoking. Through its comedic approach, the show addresses common social issues while keeping audiences engaged with lighthearted storytelling.

The ensemble cast includes Jude Orhorha, Itohan Iyamu, Franklin Gold, Monkals Kalu, Constance Owoyemi, Ude Marvelous, Uzo Nwana, Joseph Wilson, and Comfort Alhassan. Dr. Beecee Ugboh serves as both executive producer and director, guiding the project with a vision to create wholesome content that brings families together. The premiere coincided with Ugboh’s birthday, adding a personal dimension to the milestone.
