Tinubu Authorizes The Deployment Of Four Permanent Secretaries

According to Ireporter Online, President Bola Tinubu has approved the deployment of four Federal Permanent Secretaries as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, improve service delivery, and enhance policy implementation across key government institutions in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued on Monday in Abuja by Mrs Eno Olotu, Director of Information and Public Relations at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

The statement explained that the redeployment follows a competitive selection process designed to position experienced and qualified officers in roles where they can contribute more effectively to national development. It added that the move is also aimed at improving efficiency, deepening inter-ministerial coordination, and driving sustainable growth across priority sectors.

The affected Permanent Secretaries and their new postings include Mrs Bekearedebo Warrens from Bayelsa State, who has been deployed to the Political and Economic Affairs Office in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation; Dr Kamil Shoretire from Ogun State, posted to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment; Mrs Nkiruka Jones-Nebo from Enugu State, assigned to the Career Management Office in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation; and Mr Sani Aminu from Kano State, posted to the Special Services Office in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Walson-Jack, congratulated the affected officials and urged them to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and result-driven leadership in their new assignments. She emphasized that their expertise would be critical in advancing the Federal Government’s development objectives.
