News In Pictures: Edo South Senatorial Hopeful, Valentine Asuen Visits NUJ Secretariat

Edo South Senatorial hopeful, Hon Valentine Asuen yesterday congratulated the council of Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ, Edo State chapter on its successful and peaceful election/transition.

The youthful politician and chairman of DVD Oil and Gas made the commendation on a friendly visit to the NUJ State Secretariat yesterday.

Hon Asuen described journalists as critical partners in the growth of democracy across the globe.

While commending the union of its principled stance in protecting our democracy, Hon Valentine Asuen pledged his commitment to joining hands with the Union in its plans to modernize their state secretariat.

Responding to the noble visit, the union chairman, Comrade Festus Alenkhe thanked the CEO of DVD Oil and Gas for his dignified visit.
