Anti-Graft Agencies Face Legal Challenge From Kwankwaso’s Nephew Over Multi-Million Naira Scam
Musa Garba Kwankwaso, nephew of Kwankwasiyya movement leader Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, is taking legal action against three anti-corruption agencies.
This move follows his recent appearance before the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission (PCACC) amid investigations into a ₦440 million drug contract scam involving his company, Novomed Pharmaceuticals.
Kwankwaso’s legal team argues that multiple agencies investigating the same issue is unconstitutional.
The case continues as the PCACC and other agencies probe alleged fraudulent activities.
