APC Hails Tinubu, Wike Over ‘Unalloyed Commitment’ And Leadership

According to Ireporter Online, the ruling party said the newly delivered projects reflect the administration’s strong commitment to strengthening democratic institutions, upholding the rule of law, and improving the welfare of judicial officers across the country.

In a statement issued on Thursday by its National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC congratulated both the President and the FCT Minister on the successful completion and commissioning of the new Court of Appeal Complex as well as residential accommodation for judicial officers.

The party disclosed that the projects include a modern Court of Appeal Complex equipped with contemporary facilities, alongside a 20-unit residential quarters designed for Justices of the Court of Appeal and judges of the Federal High Court.

It further noted that an additional 20-unit residential complex for judges under the Federal Capital Territory judiciary is also expected to be commissioned soon, while the groundbreaking ceremony for new accommodation for judges of the National Industrial Court and members of the Code of Conduct Tribunal has already been conducted. The projects are projected for completion by January 2027.

The APC stated that the initiatives demonstrate President Tinubu’s determination to strengthen democratic governance, enhance judicial independence, and ensure the dignity and welfare of judicial officers.

The party added that improved court infrastructure and housing facilities would significantly enhance judicial efficiency while boosting public confidence in the justice system.

It also praised the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, for what it described as his exceptional commitment and effective leadership in the timely execution of the projects, which align with the administration’s broader agenda of institutional reform and infrastructure development.

The APC further noted that the judicial infrastructure expansion forms part of key achievements recorded by the Tinubu administration as it marks its third year in office, stressing that a strong judiciary remains vital to national development, stability, and long-term prosperity.
