The exchange rate between the United States dollar and the Nigerian naira in the parallel market, commonly known as the black market or Aboki FX, has been released for Thursday, July 23, 2026.

According to Ireporter Online, Bureau De Change (BDC) operators in the Lagos parallel market are buying one United States dollar at ₦1,405 and selling it at ₦1,415.

Meanwhile, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) continues to maintain that it does not recognise transactions carried out in the parallel market and has advised individuals seeking foreign exchange to use authorised commercial banks and other approved financial institutions.
