BREAKING: I Received With Huge Shock, The Devastating News – Peter Obi Reacts As Okonkwo Is Confirmed Dead

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi on Thursday expressed sadness over the death of Senator Annie Okonkwo.

Okonkwo, a former lawmaker representing Anambra Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, reportedly died in the United States after a prolonged illness.

In a Twitter post on Thursday, Obi, who is a former governor of Anambra State, praised Okonkwo as one of the strongest pillars of his presidential ambition despite not being a member of the Labour Party.

He said the deceased lawmaker’s “highly entrepreneurial spirit and political sagacity will be greatly missed in the country today.”
