Community Takes Action: ₦10 Million Reward For Information On Cult-Related Murders In Anambra

The Ezinano community in Anambra State has announced a ₦10 million reward for information leading to the arrest of suspected cultists linked to the killings of more than 20 people in the area. Jeff Nweke, the Ezinano community leader and CEO of Blue Shield Security in Awka, made the announcement on Saturday at a community empowerment event in Awka. Nweke expressed deep sorrow over the violence, calling it unusual for the region. He appealed to the public to support law enforcement efforts and assured that anyone providing helpful information would receive the full reward.

In addition to the bounty, Nweke pledged ₦50 million to empower underprivileged women in the community. This funding aims to help them establish fish and poultry farms, supporting their families and fostering local economic development.
