Eberechi Eze delivered a standout performance to help Crystal Palace secure a 3-0 victory over Fulham in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Saturday, with a goal and an assist within a four-minute span during the first half.

After a challenging start to the season, Palace have been in strong form, climbing to 12th in the Premier League under manager Oliver Glasner. The Eagles have won their last six away games, including a 2-0 triumph at Craven Cottage last month, and now have their sights set on winning the FA Cup for the first time.

The match also marked the return of French striker Jean-Philippe Mateta, who had been sidelined due to a serious ear injury. However, it was Eze who stole the show with his two crucial contributions in quick succession.

In the 34th minute, Eze cut inside onto his favored right foot and curled a shot into the top corner to open the scoring. Just moments later, he delivered a precise left-footed cross for Sarr to head in at the near post, extending Palace’s lead.

Despite Fulham sitting higher than Palace in the Premier League standings, their FA Cup aspirations were dashed 15 minutes from time when Nketiah, on as a substitute, finished calmly under Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno for a third goal.
