The Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Abuja, has reserved its judgment on the petition filed by the Action Alliance (AA) challenging the results of the September 21, 2024, governorship election………READ MORE

During the hearing, the three-member tribunal, led by Justice Wilfred Kpochi, announced that the date for the final judgment would be communicated to all parties involved.

However, the respondents, including representatives of the APC, INEC, and Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo, dismissed the petition as lacking merit. They contended that Omoaje filed the petition without the direct involvement of a candidate, making it an abuse of court process.
