A circular addressed to key authorities, including the Director-General of Civil Aviation, Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, the Commissioner of Police at the Airports Command, the Airport Commandant, and the Director of the Department of State Security at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos Command, detailed the decision.
