The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has granted Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) permission to serve petitions on Bola Tinubu, Kashim Shettima, and Kabir Masari via the All Progressives Congress (APC) (APC).

On Friday, a three-member panel led by Justice Haruna Tsammani granted the request in three rulings on three ex-parte motions filed by Atiku and the PDP, Obi and the LP, and APM.

Atiku and the PDP sought leave to serve Tinubu with the petition and other accompanying processes through the APC in their motion, which was argued by Eyitayo Jegede (SAN).

Obi and LP had sought permission to serve Tinubu and Shettima through the APC in their motion, which was argued by Ikechukwu Ezechukwu (SAN).

The APM sought permission to serve Tinubu, Shettima, and Masari through the APC in its motion, argued Oyetola Atoyebi (SAN).
