Kebbi State Government To Restore Bridges And Roads Destroyed By Recent Floods

Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris, has committed to reconstructing the bridges and roads in Suru and Maiyama Local Government Areas that were recently destroyed by floods. The governor made this announcement during an inspection of the damaged bridge along the Suru-Kawara-Dakingari road, as well as rice farms that were affected by the flooding.

Governor Idris assured residents that his administration is dedicated to extending support to all communities in the state, emphasizing the importance of infrastructure and food security. He pledged to rehabilitate the damaged bridges and reconstruct the roads to restore access and support the local economy.
