I recently wrote a book on puberty for children ages 10–13, a heartfelt project designed to guide young minds through one of the most important transitions of their lives with clarity, confidence, and the right information. I’m currently deep into my studies in Functional Medicine. The journey has been intense, but incredibly fulfilling. Expanding my knowledge in holistic health is not just academic; it is purpose-driven. I’m also excited to have signed on as an ambassador for a new brand. It’s always an honor to represent values and vision that align with mine.”
