Tiwa Savage explained that she was scrolling through images of Skepta in an attempt to convince her friend that he was attractive.

However, the situation took an unexpected turn when her son noticed and asked what she was doing. She jokingly responded that she was showing her “baby daddy,” a remark that immediately drew a strong reaction from him.

Jamil reportedly told his mother that she should not refer to anyone as a baby daddy, insisting instead that she deserves to be married. The singer said she was surprised by his response and questioned his reasoning, but he remained firm in his stance that she should have a husband rather than a baby daddy.

She further narrated the exchange, explaining how her son expressed his belief that she deserves a more settled and formal marital relationship.

Jamil is Tiwa Savage’s only child from her former marriage to Tunji Balogun, popularly known as TeeBillz. The couple got married in 2013 in a widely publicized ceremony within the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Their marriage later faced challenges that became public, leading to their separation in 2016. Despite their split, both parents have continued to jointly raise their son.
