Portable Alleges Burna Boy Paid Him ₦20M To Beat Speed Darlington, Begs Wizkid To Sponsor Clash With Carter Efe
Nigerian street-hop singer, Portable, has alleged that Grammy-winning Afrobeats star, Burna Boy, once paid him the sum of ₦20 million to confront fellow entertainer, Speed Darlington, during a past dispute. According to Ireporter Online, the controversial singer made the claim in a video circulating on social media while addressing music star, Wizkid.
In the video, Portable asserted that the payment was made following his involvement in a boxing match linked to the feud between Burna Boy and Speed Darlington, stating that he delivered on the task and was duly rewarded. He further explained that the payment was performance-based, emphasizing that he earned the money after successfully carrying out the assignment. Portable also noted that he would not have hesitated to publicly call out Burna Boy if the promised payment had not been fulfilled.
The singer went on to make a fresh appeal to Wizkid, suggesting a similar arrangement. He offered to confront Nigerian comedian and content creator, Carter Efe, in exchange for a fee, sparking reactions across social media over the bold proposition.
