Wike bluntly declared that if the quality of their work falls short, they will be required to refund his money.

Wike delivered this warning during the flag-off ceremony in Paikon Kore Community, Gwagwalada Area Council, FCT, emphasizing that the road project is part of the ambitious plan to construct 30km roads across the six area councils in the FCT.

The minister not only assured the availability of funds for the projects but also urged contractors to exhibit diligence and deliver high-quality work. He made it clear that he would personally visit the construction sites to assess the progress and quality of the work.

Wike emphatically stated, “Don’t make the mistake of thinking that I will not come here. I will come here and see what you are doing, and if you don’t do it well, you will pay back my money.”

Highlighting the directive from the President, Wike emphasized that the Renewed Hope Agenda goes beyond rhetoric and aims to bring tangible improvements to the lives of the people, particularly in rural areas. He underscored the importance of providing access to roads to make the rural populace more comfortable.
