Senator Monday Okpebholo and Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa Engage Benin Recreational Club in Interactive Session: A Testament to Grassroots Connection
In a move that underscores their commitment to grassroots engagement, the APC gubernatorial candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, and his running mate, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, visited the Benin Recreational Club yesterday for an interactive session. The event highlighted their ongoing efforts to meet directly with citizens, discussing their manifesto and policies in a one-on-one setting, free from distractions and political noise.
During the session, Okpebholo and Idahosa laid out their vision for Edo State, focusing on key issues such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and job creation. Their direct interaction with the members of the club allowed them to hear firsthand the concerns and aspirations of the people, reinforcing their commitment to tailoring their policies to the actual needs of the citizens.
This approach, which rejects typical political spectacle in favour of genuine engagement with the people, is a welcome change in Edo’s political environment. Senator Okpebholo’s continuous efforts to improve Edo State are obvious in his commitment to engage with the people at all levels, ensuring that no voice is left unheard.
Edo citizens, yearning for leadership that understands their challenges and speaks their language, are increasingly drawn to the homegrown candidacies of Okpebholo and Idahosa.
