Shocking! Former Immigration CG Dies In Hotel Room After Secret Meeting With Female Guest

The Nigeria Police have dismissed claims that the retired Comptroller General of the Nigerian Immigration Service, David Shikfu Parradang, was kidnapped and murdered in Abuja.

According to SP Josephine Adeh, the spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, Parradang had checked into Joy House Hotel, Area 3 Junction, on Monday, paying for a one-night stay.

Reports indicate that he welcomed a female guest in his room, who later departed at approximately 4:00 PM the same day.

Concerned about his welfare, a friend who serves in the military traced him to the hotel on Tuesday. Upon arrival, the friend and the hotel receptionist proceeded to his room, where they found Parradang unresponsive, seated in a chair.

The police have launched an investigation into the incident and are actively working to locate the female visitor. Meanwhile, the deceased’s body has been transferred to the National Hospital for further procedures.

SP Adeh urged the public to disregard earlier reports suggesting that Parradang was kidnapped and murdered, emphasizing that Abuja remains safe for residents.

Providing further details, the police statement read:

*”On March 3, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM, Mr. Parradang arrived at Joy House Hotel, Area 3 Junction, driving a black Mercedes Benz. He checked in and paid ₦22,000 for a one-night stay. Shortly after, he requested a hotel attendant to escort a female visitor to his room. The woman left the premises at about 4:00 PM the same day.

Parradang did not leave his room after the lady’s departure. Around 4:00 AM on March 4, 2025, a military officer, concerned for his well-being, traced him to the hotel. Upon arrival, the officer and the receptionist proceeded to his room, where they discovered him lifeless, seated in a chair.

The Durumi Police Station was promptly notified, and officers secured the scene, collected evidence, and documented the case. His body has since been moved to the National Hospital, while the hotel staff are cooperating with investigations.

Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the female visitor.
