Tinubu Media Team Celebrates Fourth Year Anniversary

Ladies and gentlemen today is the fourth anniversary of Tinubu Media Team, we were inaugurated four years ago on this same date, its amazing how time flies, praise to the lord of the universe.

Special thanks to everyone that has contributed to this movement in anyway both positively and negatively because cumulatively both experiences have teamed up to bring us to where we are today.

It cannot be gainsaid that we have been through a lot and a lot has been through us throughout this period but its heart warming to see our dreams coming to fruition by Allah’s leave and permission.

Four years ago we started a journey which as faith will have it will be remembered forever in the pages of history. I’m glad and happy that we started this movement.

And throughout this period we have recorded tremendous successes and have gained a lot of experience and recognition most prominent is the fact that over 16 founding members of this group made the list for PCC amongst which 3 are deputy directors and over 30 of us made the ICC list with a considerable number in the leadership, even though TMT may not be directly involved in all the nominations but the responsibilities giving to them four years ago by us raised their status by bringing them to the mainstream thus making them popular and clearing their path for greater participation in the political arena.

Its also note worthy that today over 30 founding members of this great association are founders and National Coordinators of different Asiwaju Tinubu support groups who borrowed our blueprints and to a large extent our modus oparandi and drive their initial support base from our membership, this indeed is another milestone achievement that cannot be overlooked nor over emphasized.

Another achievement worthy of note is that as at today we have over 500 WhatsApp platforms from National, States, diaspora and LGAs, over 50 recognised Facebooks platforms and over 10 twitter handles amongst other social media platforms giving us direct access to over 5m people across the globe.

I therefore thank the almighty for the wisdom and the courage as well as the strength to stair this ship ab initio, it’s not our doing but the doing of the almighty.

On a final note I tender our sincere apology to anyone we have hurt through this period and offer special thanks to everyone that contributed in anyway towards making this a great success most notably my able secretary Hon. Unegbu Ozoemena, the SE Zonal Coordinator Kingskey E. Echekwe, Delta State coordinator Prince Benson, Kano state Coordinator Hon. Nura Bichi, our patrons Hon. Dahiru Hamman Dikko, Hon. Osita C.J, Hon. Patrick Nwanko aka Paddy, Hon. Babayaro Bichi and our Grand Patron Hon. Abudllahi Umar Faruk,

Also to our sponsors most notably Hon. Osita C.J. Hon. Patrick Nwako. Hon. Ole Romanus, amongst others too numerous to mention. You people are truly the hero’s of the struggle.

Let me also appreciate the courage and the support of the champions of this struggle the executives and members who truly are the backbone of the movement, without you there will be no TMT.

Not forgetting our benefactors mainly Hon. James Faleke and his chief lieutenant Hon. Tosin Adeyanju of the TSG/PCC for their tremendous support, guidance and encouragement.

I will also like to extend my profound gratitude to our diaspora chapters and their leadership for their support and encouragement, most prominent Italy, USA, UK and Holland chapters, thank you, thank you and thank you. Hon. Nosa Kennedy from Italy we appreciate.

And to our critics yes we should have done better than this if not for some challenges which I’m very sure you have come across some in your later endeavors, which includes funding, connections, internal sabotage and my health challenges which got me bed ridden for over a year but praise be to almighty I’m back on track and we will continue to deliver beyond everyone’s expectations by Allah’s leave and permission.
