According to Ireporter Online, the 2027 Vice Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Rabiu Kwankwaso, has confirmed a strategic meeting with the party’s National Leader, Senator Seriake Dickson, held in Abuja.

The meeting, which took place on Sunday at Dickson’s residence, was described as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen internal unity, resilience, and strategic preparedness within the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Kwankwaso, reacting to recent developments including a court order affecting the party’s registration, described the ruling as a temporary setback, insisting it would not weaken the determination of party members or derail its political movement.

He urged members and supporters of the NDC to remain calm, focused, and committed to the party’s broader mission, emphasizing that the challenges facing the party would be overcome collectively.

He expressed confidence in the party’s direction, stating that no obstacle would derail what he described as a movement built on hope, justice, equity, and the aspirations of Nigerians, adding optimistically that “Nigeria will be OK.”
