Ward To Ward Inter-religious Women In Politics Appoints Femi Adeshina As BOT Chairman

Femi Adeshina OON has been appointed as the new chairman of the board of trustees of the APC Ward To Ward Ambassadors – Inter-religious Women in Politics.

The appointment of Femi Adeshina came about as a result of the demand for competent leadership and direction for the formidable grassroots group before, during, and after the upcoming general elections.

According to Dr Philomena Abieyuwa Eriyo, the founder and national women mobilizer for the APC ward to-ward ambassadors Inter-religious Women in Politics, the appointment is well deserved due to the capacity and capability of the foremost Journalist and Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The ceremony was held at the presidential villa’s office of the Senior Special Advisor. He was then presented with a 600-page document outlining the group’s activities and procedures.

Accepting the honour, Femi Adeshina commended the group for their devotion and vision in making the group’s goals and objectives a reality; he acknowledged the weight of responsibility bestowed upon him by the group and promised to be there for the group in all their endeavours.

Hajia Nana. A Omade, the group’s FCT women mobilizer, was spotted at the ceremony.
