BREAKING: NECO Releases 2022 SSCE External Results
The National Examinations Council announced the release of the November/December 2022 Senior School Certificate Examination results on Thursday.
Prof Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, Registrar of NECO, made the announcement in Minna, Niger state.
According to the NECO chief, 59,124 candidates took the exam, with 31,316 males accounting for 52.96 percent and 27,808 females accounting for 47.03 percent.

Wushishi also stated that the number of candidates who sat for English Language is 58,012 out of which 44,162, or 76.13 percent, received Credit and above, while the number of candidates who sat for Mathematics is 57,700, with 43,096, or 74.69 percent, receiving Credit and above.
He also revealed that 33,914 candidates (57.36 percent) received five credits or higher, including English Language and Mathematics.
“Also 46,825 candidates, representing 79.20% got five Credits and above irrespective of English Language and Mathematics,” he said.
