New Naira Notes: Buhari Meets Reps Adhoc Committee At Villa
The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd), is currently meeting at the State House with members of the House of Representatives Ad-hoc Committee investigating the Central Bank of Nigeria’s new Naira policy.

Thursday’s meeting, which began shortly after noon, comes just hours after the President announced, via televised message, that only the old N200 note will be legal tender until April 10, 2023.
Alhassan Doguwa, the chairperson of the ad hoc committee, is among those present.
