Group Alleges Plot From Tinubu-Led Presidency Against Atiku Concerning His Case Initiated In US

The Face Of Waziri-Nigeria (FOWN), a Non-governmental organization, has revealed that it has discovered a scheme designed to tarnish the reputation of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

The group made this disclosure through a statement issued by its Director General, Mr. Bukky Adeniyi, over the past weekend.

According to the organization, there is significant displeasure and concern within the Tinubu-led presidency due to Atiku’s determined efforts to unveil alleged educational records of the President. Atiku has pursued this matter through a legal case in the United States of America (USA).

FOWN has alleged that there is a deliberate intention to “smear Atiku’s image” with the aim of diminishing his popularity in the northern region. The organization claims that there is an orchestrated campaign against Atiku’s character.

The statement also suggests that there is internal confusion within the presidency regarding the ongoing court case initiated by Atiku in the USA. It is alleged that efforts are being made to seek a diplomatic solution to prevent the disclosure of records that Tinubu claims are related to his schooling. This situation is perceived as potentially leading to the exposure of damaging information.

In an attempt to suppress the truth from the Nigerian public, FOWN asserts that there are plans underway to engage various entities such as the media, religious bodies, civil society organizations, political leaders, and traditional leaders. This engagement is purportedly disguised as the distribution of relief measures, and a sum of N5 billion has been reportedly allocated for this purpose.
