A viral video shows the Comrade Senator taking on the challenge of confronting the Minister of Works, David Umahi, on the funds allocated in the budget for road construction across the country. Oshiomhole’s straightforwardness and directness on this issue resonated strongly, prompting many Nigerians to condemn the continued waste by certain ministries over the years.
He voiced his frustration regarding a road that had been under construction for 18 years without being completed. He pointedly questioned the Minister’s actions, referring to the Minister’s previous public outcry about spending over six hours navigating the Auchi-Benin road.

Oshiomhole stands as the people’s champion, earnestly working alongside President Bola Tinubu to realize a renewed hope agenda. He deserves commendation for his efforts.
