Libya’s head coach, Nasser Al-Hadiri, has revealed a 28-man squad in preparation for the crucial double-header against Nigeria’s Super Eagles in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. The squad features a blend of seasoned players and rising stars, showcasing Al-Hadiri’s tactical strategy.

Key players in the lineup include Al-Ittihad’s standout Abu Shaibab, Mohammed Al-Tabbal from Al-Nassr, and Ahmed Al-Masmari, who plays for Barcelona’s B team.

The first match is set for Friday, October 11, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, while the return leg will take place in Benina four days later.
