Agege Tops Danger List Lagos Ranks Area with Deadliest Air Quality

The report, published on Tuesday, also ranked Surulere as “very unhealthy” at 76.1 percent, followed by Mushin at 47.3 percent, and LAMATA Kosefe at 46 percent, both classified as “unhealthy.”
LASEPA identified other high-risk areas such as Apapa Port (36.4 percent) and Badagry (23.8 percent), categorized as “unhealthy for sensitive groups.” In contrast, Lekki recorded the lowest pollution levels, showing “good” air quality at 10.1 percent. LASEPA has assured residents that efforts are underway to improve the environmental health across Lagos.
