Garima explained that the collaboration aims to ensure a steady and affordable supply of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) across the country. He stated, “After discussions with Aliko Dangote and his team in Lagos, we are pleased to announce that Dangote Refinery will supply IPMAN with PMS, AGO, and DPK directly for distribution to our depots and retail outlets.”

He urged IPMAN members to support the partnership, highlighting its potential to boost Nigeria’s foreign exchange reserves, create job opportunities, and support President Bola Tinubu’s economic agenda.

The agreement, following months of negotiation, is expected to improve efficiency, reduce fuel prices, and contribute to the country’s economic growth. Dangote Refinery, Africa’s largest, is already producing petrol, diesel, and aviation fuel, and plans to distribute these products to over 30,000 IPMAN members and 150,000 retail locations nationwide, cutting out intermediaries to lower costs and stabilize fuel supply.
