Breaking: Tinubu Greenlights ₦147 Billion To Finally Complete Oyo-Ogbomoso Expressway
President Bola Tinubu has approved ₦147.887 billion to finalize the dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso road in Oyo State. The decision was made during Monday’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting. According to Sunday Dare, the Special Adviser on Media and Public Communication, Tinubu aims to alleviate transportation difficulties, particularly for haulage trucks transporting goods from the North to Lagos. Mssrs JRB Construction Co. Ltd has been assigned to complete the Oyo-Ogbomoso project, which has faced long delays.
Tinubu also directed that the Kaduna-Zaria road be completed within 12 months, emphasizing its importance for economic and social activities.
