The Association Of Real Estate Agents and Property Managers (AREAMP) Disclaim Unrecognized Real Estate Agents And Property Managers.

THE ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY MANAGERS (AREAMP), of 15, Aidenyan Street, off Ihama Road, G.R.A., Benin City of Edo State, which comprises of real estate agents and property managers operating in Edo State and other States of the Federation; and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission with RC No. 57849, by this DISCLAIMER informs the general public that, as an association which prides itself of having more than a decade of untainted corporate existence and very high professional conduct and acceptable principles, HEREBY DISSOCIATE itself from a group of persons who have adopted the name: “Association of Agents and Property Managers (AAPM)” as well as any real estate agent and property manager who is not registered with and a member of AREAMP.

This has become necessary following the wake of crooks, fraudsters and impostors disguising as real estate agents and property managers, while carting away with both money of property owners and of clients.

By this DISCLAIMER, we hereby inform members of the general public that the AREAMP and its members shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever nature (direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, which may arise as a result of any dealings with a non-member of the AREAMP, particulary with the unregistered body who refer to themselves as “Association of Agents and Property Managers (AAPM)” and misrepresenting themselves as AREAMP members. The Association of Real Estate Agents and Property Managers (AREAMP) has already written a Petition to the DSS, AIG of Police Zone 5 and the Commissioner of Police against one ENGINEER CALEB (A.K.A. THE BISHOP) AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE “ASSOCIATION OF AGENTS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS (AAPM)” for criminal impersonation and acts like to cause a breach of the peace.

While, the doors of AREAMP are opened to welcoming real estate agents and property managers who are willing to adhere to standard and acceptable professional conduct, WE CANNOT and WILL NOT GUARANTEE that dealing with a non-member of AREAMP is risk-free or free from fraud and therefore anyone transacting with such persons specified above is doing so at his/her own risk.
