AFCON 2025: Eric Chelle Outlines Winning Strategy For Super Eagles Against Algeria

According to Ireporter Online, Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has called on his players to maintain a positive mindset and be clinical in front of goal as Nigeria prepares for a high-stakes 2025 Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final clash against Algeria in Marrakesh.

Addressing journalists during his pre-match press conference on Friday, Chelle emphasized that scoring goals and maintaining composure under pressure will be crucial when both sides meet at the Marrakesh Stadium. The Nigerian tactician noted that while tactical preparation is important, mental strength will ultimately determine the outcome of the encounter.

Chelle stated that his team has carefully studied Algeria’s style of play and identified areas that can be exploited, stressing that success at this stage of the competition depends on discipline, focus, and strict adherence to tactical instructions.
