According to reports, Iran launched a fresh wave of missiles targeting Israel early Tuesday, heightening tensions between the two nations. The strikes reportedly followed earlier attacks that hit a building in northern Israel, while a loud explosion was also reported in Jerusalem.

Iran’s state-run broadcaster, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, confirmed the missile launches on its Telegram channel, stating that some of the projectiles penetrated Israeli defence systems. Emergency responders in Israel confirmed that a building sustained damage during the strikes, though no fatalities were reported. Magen David Adom released footage showing the damaged structure.

The Israeli military later acknowledged the incoming missiles from Iran and said it had activated its defence measures. The attacks came hours after Israel conducted a new round of strikes on Iranian targets. Explosions were reported in Tehran, while Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates intercepted missiles and drones amid the escalating regional conflict.

‘Killing’ The Monster In Football

The International Energy Agency (IEA) reported that at least 40 critical energy facilities across the oil- and gas-rich region have been severely damaged since the conflict began. IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol warned that the disruption posed a serious threat to the global economy, urging international cooperation to mitigate the crisis.
