Heartbreaking Video Shows Family Of Bouncer K!lled In Sam Larry Crash
A heartbreaking video showing the grieving family of the bouncer who lost his life in the recent road accident involving Nigerian show promoter and socialite Sam Larry has surfaced on social media, drawing widespread sympathy from Nigerians.
According to reports monitored by Ireporter Online, the emotional footage captured the deceased’s wife, mother and children mourning their tragic loss following the fatal crash.
The accident reportedly occurred on Saturday, July 4, along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road in Lagos. It was gathered that the collision involved Sam Larry’s vehicle and a trailer.
Reports indicated that the impact of the crash claimed the life of Sam Larry’s bouncer, who was said to have died at the scene before emergency responders arrived. Sam Larry was reportedly hospitalised after sustaining injuries in the accident.
Images and videos circulating online showed the vehicle extensively damaged, highlighting the severity of the collision and fueling public reactions across social media platforms.
Meanwhile, another devastating road accident has claimed the lives of at least 18 people from Sokoto State along the Sokoto-Yauri Road in Kebbi State. The victims were reportedly returning home from Lagos, where they had travelled in search of better economic opportunities.
According to available reports, the victims were among 20 passengers travelling in an 18-seater commercial bus when it was involved in a head-on collision with a trailer at about 11 p.m. on Monday. Eighteen passengers reportedly died instantly, while two others sustained injuries.
Eyewitness accounts indicated that the victims had spent some time in Lagos seeking improved means of livelihood before embarking on the ill-fated journey back to Sokoto.
A member of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, Bello Muhammad, who was also said to be a close associate of the deceased driver, disclosed that he joined other community members in evacuating the victims after receiving news of the accident. He revealed that they arrived at the crash scene around 4 a.m. on Tuesday and found the commercial bus completely wrecked following the collision with the trailer.
