The historic city of Benin came to a halt today as the All-Progressives Congress (APC) hosted an unforgettable mega summit that sent shockwaves through the state’s political terrain. The event, organized by the APC New Media Campaign Council and hosted at the prestigious Viewpoint Hotel, was a resounding success, attracting huge notice and sparking lively debate.
The summit, which kicked off in the early morning hours, captivated attendees with its dynamic atmosphere and powerful speeches. APC’s gubernatorial candidate, Senator Okpebholo, was the star of the event. He shared his inspiring journey from humble beginnings to becoming a top IT tech expert. His story resonated deeply with the audience, highlighting his commitment to innovation and progress for Edo State.
Running mate Rt Hon Dennis Idahosa highlighted the major accomplishments he and Senator Okpebholo have achieved both personally and as lawmakers and representatives of the people at the National Assembly. He emphasized their extensive experience and commitment, suggesting a bright future for Edo State under APC leadership.
The event reached a crescendo when Senator Matthew Uroghide, the Director General of the campaign, delivered a stirring address. He urged the media team to maintain objectivity and leverage facts to expose the current administration’s shortcomings. His call for accountability and transparency was met with enthusiastic applause, solidifying his reputation as a role model of intelligence and class.
One of the most exciting parts of the summit was when Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu spoke. His lively interactions with the youth captivated everyone, showing his charm and connection with the younger generation. His presence made the event even more thrilling. He shared a fascinating story with us, but we’ll save that for another day.
As the day concluded, it was clear that the APC had made a resounding impact on Edo State. The mega summit not only showcased the party’s strength and unity but also left the opposition reeling.
