BREAKING: Another Okowa’s Aide Resigns, Defects To APC
Mr. Bullet Otuaro, Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Security, has resigned and defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) (APC).
Otuaro submitted his resignation to Governor Okowa via the Burutu Ward 10 chairman of the PDP on January 17, 2023.
Otuaro is the younger brother of Deputy Governor Deacon Kingsley Otuaro.

Friday Osanebi, the APC’s deputy governorship candidate, welcomed the defectors into the party.
An elated Otuaro, while being welcomed into the APC, said: “Now is the time for Delta youths to come together and deliver one of own as Delta’s next Deputy Governor”.
In his letter of resignation, the former security aide said: “My resignation is occasioned by personal reasons. I humbly wish to chart a new course, in search for a better and more formidable political party, where I will be more appreciated “.
