Breaking News: Governor Okpebholo Appoints Dr. Odaro Ize-Omoregie as Special Adviser on Human Capital Development

Governor Okpebholo has announced the appointment of Dr. Odaro Ize-Omoregie, a distinguished educationist and expert in human capacity and economic development, as the Special Adviser on Human Capital Development.

Dr. Ize-Omoregie holds multiple advanced degrees in health and international politics, international law, and world economy, alongside a doctorate in Environmental Health Laws. He is an alumnus of the University of East London and has completed leadership programs at the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, and Birkbeck University of London.

With over 25 years of experience in human capacity building, Dr. Ize-Omoregie has empowered thousands of individuals globally. His achievements include founding organizations such as the London College for Technical and Vocational Education CIC, Feligrace Limited, Goldsack Maritime Treasure Oil and Gas Limited (an oil and gas training institute), and Shattered Lives, a charitable organization focused on human capacity and economic development.

This appointment aligns with Governor Okpebholo’s commitment to building a new Edo State, driven by his five-point agenda, which emphasizes expertise and professionalism in governance.

Dr. Ize-Omoregie, a native of Ogbe Quarters in Benin City, hails from Ward 1 in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State. He is married and blessed with children.
