Reports confirm that Amorim will meet with key staff members as he prepares for his first match after securing his visa. His first Premier League game in charge will be away against Ipswich Town on Sunday, November 24.

The 39-year-old Portuguese coach, who led Sporting Lisbon to two Primeira Liga titles, signed a contract that runs until 2027. His appointment follows the sacking of former coach Erik Ten Hag.

In other news, Manchester United confirmed the departure of four first-team coaches, including Ruud van Nistelrooy, who finished his temporary stint with a 3-0 win over Leicester City on Sunday. The club expressed gratitude for their dedication and contributions.
