DJ Cuppy’s Fiancé Quits Boxing Match In First Round

Ryan Taylor, the fiancé of popular disc jockey Florence Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, has caused uproar by withdrawing from a boxing match in the first round.

The YouTube sensation had competed against Brandon Scott, aka Swarmz, at the OVO Arena in Wembley.

Taylor, 29, was unable to continue due to swelling caused by Swarmz’s first jab a few minutes into the first round.

Taylor’s eye began to swell severely after the fight, leading many to believe he had broken his orbital bone.

After the match, the amateur boxer stated on his Instagram story that he immediately lost his sight after the punch, which influenced his decision to quit.

“The glove caught my fucking eye ball. I can’t see shit. Mad …,” he wrote while adding a laughing emoji.

His fight has ended in farcical controversy for the second time in less than a year.
