According to Ireporter Online, Lagos socialite and businessman Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E-Money, has confirmed that he will honour his ₦50 million pledge to social media comedian Carter Efe following his victory over street-hop artiste Portable at the Chaos in the Ring 4 celebrity boxing event held in Lagos.

The confirmation came after the Chief Executive Officer of Balmoral Group Promotions, Ezekiel Adamu, sought clarification at the end of the event held at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island. E-Money congratulated Carter Efe on his performance and reaffirmed his commitment to the reward, stating that he stands by his word and will ensure the promised sum is paid.

Adamu described the event as a successful edition of the boxing series, noting that it delivered entertaining bouts and strong performances from the fighters involved.

The much-anticipated bout between Carter Efe and Portable was preceded by weeks of heated exchanges. Portable, who previously recorded celebrity boxing wins over Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington, had vowed to secure another victory, while Carter Efe confidently promised to end the fight early.

Inside the ring, Portable began aggressively with wild punches, but Carter Efe maintained control using his reach advantage and composure. As the rounds progressed, Carter Efe landed cleaner combinations while Portable struggled to connect effectively despite continued pressure.

At the end of the contest, all three judges scored the fight 27–30 in favour of Carter Efe, awarding him a unanimous decision victory and the celebrity boxing title.
