The grand jury investigating allegations against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs continues, with recent testimony from another sex worker potentially leading to new charges.

According to TMZ, a male escort testified before the grand jury, detailing alleged interactions with Diddy, including his involvement in a so-called “Freak Off” event. The testimony reportedly explored whether Diddy arranged for the escort to cross state or international borders, as well as the nature of payments, which were either in cash or wire transfers.

Sources indicate that prosecutors are considering additional charges against Diddy, possibly through a superseding indictment. Diddy remains focused on preparing his defense and maintains his innocence.

Interest from federal investigators has increased, with another male sex worker recently speaking with authorities and providing a tape allegedly showing an encounter involving Diddy. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams, overseeing the case, confirmed that further charges could be filed, stating that “nothing was off the table.”

Diddy, currently held without bail in New York City, has already pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has not commented on the ongoing investigation.
