I Was Extremely Aggressive – Omotola Jalade Reveals Her Wild Past

Veteran Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has opened up about a challenging period in her life, revealing that she struggled with anger during her younger years.

According to Ireporter Online, the actress made the revelation while appearing on the Afropolitan Show, where she discussed how childhood hardships shaped her emotional responses.

Omotola explained that the loss of her father at a young age left her with unresolved pain, which manifested as aggression and frustration. She noted that while her Christian faith prevented her from directing anger toward God, she still carried intense feelings of resentment.

“I used to be very aggressive. When I was younger, I used to have a lot of rage. From the time I lost my dad, I couldn’t blame God because I gave my life to Christ, but inside, I was looking for someone to blame. I was just angry at life,” she shared.

She further reflected on her journey toward emotional growth, stating that maturity, faith, and life experiences have helped her overcome that side of her personality. “That part of me, has it ever come around me anymore? Maybe once in a blue moon, and I hate the feeling,” she added.
