Despite the Supreme Court’s decision to allow the trial to proceed, IPOB remains steadfast in their belief in the ruling of the Appeal Court, which had previously acquitted Kanu of all charges.
With the Federal Government failing to appear in court on the scheduled trial date, IPOB sees this as evidence that there is no substantial case against Kanu.
In a statement, they assert their commitment to Kanu’s release and the pursuit of Biafra’s self-determination, emphasizing that their struggle will persist until their goal is achieved.
