Jonathan Reveals Factor Fueling Corruption In Civil Service
Former President Goodluck Jonathan has stated that the growing uncertainty about the welfare of public officeholders is fueling civil service corruption.
He made the remarks on Tuesday at the book launch of former Aso Rock Villa Chapel Chaplain Obioma Onwuzurumba.

Onwuzurumba’s 73rd birthday was commemorated by the book launch, which also included the unveiling of a Day-Care Centre for the Elderly.
The former president bemoaned the lack of concern for civil servants, who he claimed were not allowed to own businesses and were still not cared for after they retired.
He praised the celebrant and his wife for taking the initiative to open an elderly daycare center.
