JUST IN: Peter Obi’s Supporters Attack Veteran Nigerian Actress, Joke Silva For Joining APC Women Rally In Lagos

Supporters of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, on Twitter have attacked veteran Nollywood actress, Joke Silva for joining the All Progressives Congress women’s rally in support of the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.

The actress had on Monday posted a video of herself, the Lagos State First Lady, Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu and others dancing and waving brooms, the party’s symbol on her Instagram page.

Silva wrote that it was time to meet up with the governor’s which who is her fellow Holy Child College Old Girls alums.

The Monday rally came few days after the actress was announced as a member of the women’s wing of Tinubu’s presidential campaign council. Silva is to head the Creative and Entertainment Industry committee of the council.

The pictures and video however didn’t go well with supporters of Peter Obi who have since churned out heavy criticisms against Silva.
