JUST IN: Trouble As Top PDP Spokesperson Dumps Party (PHOTO)
The Gombe Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) suffered another setback with the defection of its Publicity Secretary, Mr. Muritala Usman Dukku, to the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
Muritala joined the opposition NNPP after resigning from the PDP last month.
Murtala was suspended by the PDP on December 22, 2022, in a letter signed by PDP Secretary Adamu Abubakar, accusing him of working against the party’s interests.
He did, however, resign from the party just two hours after his suspension in a letter to the party’s leadership.
