Lawyer Accuses Police Of Unlawful Seizure Calls On IG To Investigate

The lawyer claims that police officers took three vehicles and documents from Sanyaolu’s home without a warrant or court order.

Adekoya also alleged that the police officers were unable to produce a file containing the petition that supposedly authorized the operation, suggesting an illegal action. The lawyer urged police authorities to release the investigation file and confirm whether due procedures were followed, including obtaining a court order prior to the operation.
