Minister Abubakar Unveils New Ministry of Regional Development: A Game Changer for Nationwide Growth(Video)
In a recent briefing at the State House, the new Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, announced the expansion and renaming of the Ministry of Niger Delta Development to the Ministry of Regional Development.
This change reflects a broader mandate to oversee the activities of all Regional Development Commissions across the country.
The new ministry will now supervise the Niger Delta Development Commission, the South East Development Commission, the North East Development Commission, and the North West Development Commission, driving growth and progress across multiple regions.
This strategic shift aims to enhance coordination and deliver impactful development nationwide.
