According to Ireporter Online, former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, has expressed deep grief over the death of retired Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Zamani Tanko, who served as a longtime aide to Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, a leading figure in the Nigeria Democratic Congress. Obi described the late Tanko as a loyal and dedicated officer who served Dickson faithfully for over 15 years, noting that his passing is a significant loss to those who worked closely with him.

The former presidential candidate revealed that he visited Senator Dickson on Thursday morning to personally condole with him and members of his team following the tragic loss. He expressed sadness over the news of Tanko’s death, emphasizing that the late aide’s commitment, loyalty, and years of service would be remembered by all who knew him.
